Over the years, I have had the pleasure of partnering to create art with Unity Phelan, the principal dancer with the esteemed New York City Ballet. She is undoubtedly one of the most gifted and talented dancers in the vibrant arts scene of New York. Our artistic collaboration first began when we started making pictures together at the Vail Dance Festival in picturesque Vail, Colorado. In this particular image, she is beautifully submerged in a shimmering swimming pool, wearing a stylish swimsuit and a delicate pair of ballet pointe shoes. The unique juxtaposition of the colorful bubbles and the elegant ballet shoes creates a whimsical, dreamlike print that truly captivates the viewer.
